View all answersI was a dancer for 10, 11 years so every now and then I think it's always healthy for everyone to just dance in your house or anywhere in your car it doesn't matter and my exercise routine and my wellness routine, I really like to eat healthy. I crave healthy food like always, always have and I like... You know it doesn't matter even if I don't have time for exercises to go to the gym or whatever, I make enough for to walk somewhere or I don't know or to dance in my house. I feel like that's important. So when I'm not having to workout, I'm always moving and that's very important and trying to walk and when I am working out because I'm doing a movie or whatever I like to keep it very platties driven 'cause it keeps the muscles very long gated and doesn't pull too much tension. I don't do well with just playing weights and that's it.
