Hey. I'm Andrea from Real Beauty and say, I'm up in Marie Robinson Salon in New York City talking about "How to Look Sexy at Every Age." And this is Karen.

Hi.

So, let's talk about you looking sexy at every age. What about your hair and make-up- are you liking, what are you not liking?

I've always liked my hair, I have a good hair but lately, it's been looking really washed-out and so I'm not really crazy about this blonde color.

What did you see through yourself out of this make over?

I'm an empty [unknown] now. I would like to start dating my husband again and keeping it fresh, updated-look, something a little sexy.

I'm ready.

All right, let's get started.

It looks a little bit yellow. It looks a little bit solid. So I think what we should do is definitely give you some dramatic brightness around the face. Put a little bit more of contrast in the interior so you see a lot more youth, a lot movement and the [unknown] skin is so heavy and so solid.

That was great.

Your hair is a little dry and just a little out of shape I mean, that's quite a bit of it bit, too. So I think what I'm gonna do is take her up just a little bit more in the back and keep a little softness in the front away. And then I'm just gonna really go in there and take out all the scalp. It should go up healthier and just be way easier for your style on your own, too.

Great. I have very deep-set eyes so I'd like to learn how to make them pop.

Define your eye with a bit of selected smoky tone. Line them, define them. Sounds good?

I'm with Patrick, a stylist at Intermix in New York City. We put together an awesome outfit for our friend, Karen. Tell me about this look.

Because Karen is in her 40's, I feel like it's really important to still go along with that jegging or legging trends. This particular style is great because of the fabrication. Regardless of age, if you're wearing the right legging with the right cut and the right details it will make you look longer, leaner, thinner and you'll feel really confident walking. Next, we have this longer piece, paired that with this tank. That's gonna be underneath.

Very cute.

And then it's colors-

What a vest?

This is a beautiful wash-leather jacket. And it just like pulls it together in a very easy, relaxed way and we finished it with this boot. What's great about the style, is that, it's high enough to still be sexy with a wedge so that's she can walk in around all day and all night.

That kind of thing for our daughter is gonna feels that's awesome for her, it's awesome.

Yeah, okay.

So hip, it's so chick but totally it's appropriate.

Exactly which is the most important thing.

Yeah.
