Hi. I'm Lucy. I'm Leah and we're editors from Real Beauty. Here to show you how to do some DIY summer facials. There's always a really tough time on your skin especially if you're starting to see those first signs of aging. The sign exacerbates little things like fine lines and age spots and makes them even more noticeable during the summer months which is why we have found this wonderful way to take care of your skin, do it as a once a week treatment to keep the signs of aging that day. We are gonna be showing you how to do the grapes and honey mask. This one's for a lot of anti oxidants and it's really good if you have any fine lines showing around your mouth or your eyes. This is really a facial that you should think about doing. So the first step of the facial is to mix together oatmeal and yogurt. We like using this Greek natural yogurt without a lot of added sugar. Nothing with fruit net or you know those ones that you see that's like granola and out of candy or something horrible. Yeah like really playing all natural organic one and then also we're just gonna put a little bit of just like plain, dry oatmeal rolled oats in there. This mixture is really good exfoliating, kind of taking of any like residue residual makeup stuff or things from the day but you really don't wanna start with a really dirty makeup full face. So what we're gonna do with our fingers. They're just gonna spread this on her face and Ashley have said the really important thing when you do any at home facial is to start with that clean surface because we're prepping the face now so that's gonna be a better absorb the ingredients we're applying to it later. This is really just the first stop of the facial so it doesn't need to fit on the face. You don't need to leave it on for 5 minutes or something. You really just wanna cover your face and then rinse it off. And the other thing about yogurt and oatmeal masks are really any type of that home mask is that you can apply it to your whole face or you can apply it to the specific areas that might need a little bit of more attention. So now we're going to crash up some grapes and add some honey and create a paste that we're going to apply the same skin. So you wanna start with red, seedless grapes. We're only gonna use 5 of them and when you're using grapes, it's always important to wash them off first which we've done because you just don't want it since we're using the pills and the mixture. You don't want any of those chemicals that might be on it from the transportation of the growing process. So now we're gonna add one tablespoon of honey. And honey is a great natural ingredient because it acts as a (??) and up spring moisture under your skin. I'm just gonna use my fingers to put this on her face. With this mixture as you can see, we're just putting it on and you see a lot of the pills still in the bottom of the bowl but remember that the body of the inside of the grape is mixed in with the honey and that's all getting applied in this mixture. You'll let this on the face for 30 minutes and then remove with a white wash clothe, splash it off with warm water or using makeup removing towelette. So the final step in this process is to apply sweet almond oil to any dry patches. When you apply a firming masks like this grape and honey one, it can mean that your skin gets tightened which is great but then also makes you feel a little bit dryer especially in the summer when either really human oil, a little bit dryer depending on where you leave, using as many moisturizing products on your face as you can is really a good idea.
