View all answersHi. My name is Sara Haley, and I'm a Reebok global instructor and trainer, and you're watching RealBeauty.com. This exercise is called the Good Morning Crunch. It's created to help you wake up your entire body first thing in the morning, and help you strengthen you core. You would beginning by stepping your left foot out wide, reach up tall with your fingertips and then bring that foot back in together, a little abdominal crunch here so you're rounding the spine and reach back out to the opposite side as long and tall as you can. Come back in toes, heels, knees, touch rounding the spine and then elongating the spine. Up, think of pushing your back against the wall. Pick up your pace a little bit. Catch a breath if you'd like, big exhale and come back in. Do one more in each side, and here's your last one. Up, and in, and hopefully that'll help you get a good start through the day. Thank you for watching RealBeauty.com.
