This exercise is called Evening Magic to add a little fun to your evening. Works on balance and coordination and it's gonna help strengthen those inner thighs and your core. So, you begin with your feet out about hip distance apart and let's check the form here. You want your knees and your ankles to line up. Roll your shoulders back and wrap those arms over to the right side of your body and here comes the magic. Out and around, you reach, reach, reach, reach, reach just like a magician and then wrap your other side. Good. And then reach out around and wrap. Feel free for a little more of a challenge to pick up that right heel. Come out and around. Good. Reach, stretch through those arms and come back. Drop that right heel down. Pick up your left and reach out and around. Good. Now for your max challenge, both heels are gonna come up and you're gonna try fight for that balance out and around. Good. Hang on with that core. Abdominals are tight and one more time. Let's go. Drop the shoulders within the ears. Let's make it look good and come on back. Breath, drop the heels down and come all the way on up. Between each exercise, if you'd like, you can always come up in between if you need a little bit of a break and that's your Evening Magic. Have some fun. Thank you for watching realbeauty.com.
