DIY Holiday Gifts: Hair Styling Set Video

Hey. It's Erica Domesek from PSImadethis.com, author of the new book P.S. I Made This. This holiday season is all about the hair. If you don't know how to style it, that's okay. With this holiday gift, the styling is in the packaging. Grab a bevy of beauty hair supplies, some berets and a brush, a roll of tape, a little Ultrasuede, some markers, a tag, and a large piece of fabric. You're gonna take your roll of tape, set it on a flat surface, grab your beauty products, and arrange them in the center of your piece of fabric. We're gonna put little pieces of tape in the back just to make sure the products don't wobble around too much. Everybody needs a brush in their beauty bag, right? We're gonna grab our material, a really light linen because I think it's really light and airy. And the cool part is you can actually see through, so you kinda see the product but then you don't at the same time. I got some Ultrasuede here. You can use ribbon; you can use all sorts of materials. What this is gonna do is turn into a headband, simply wrapping it around. I suggest using about a yard. Cute, right? So, the gift is wrapped. Now, it's time unwrap the surprise; the hair accessory made from all the elements that you just packed up your beauty package list. Get your label and a marker and you're gonna jot down the 3 easy steps which I've gone and done here. Get that square fabric, cut it, pinch it, tape it, and then ribbon it.
