View all answersHi, guys. I'm Colleen and I'm gonna teach you how to do a Kim Kardashian smokey eye. You might love her or hate her but everyone is jealous of her super, super, sultry, smokey eyes, and I'm gonna show you how to do it in a few easy steps. I've already prepped my skin using some under eye concealer, it's Almay, it's great, it covers up and it's not thick so it won't cake on your face. First step, you're gonna take an eyeshadow brush and using this palette, this is Make Up For Ever, Rock's Palette, you're gonna start with a light gray as your base; take a light amount, tap your brush to get the excess shadow off and just slide over your lid. Now that your lids are prepped, you're gonna take the dark sparkly shadow, tap your brush, and go right over the top; you might wanna dot gently so you don't smear the shadow on your lid which can sometimes give you raccoon eyes and no one likes that; and if you messed up, just use your finger to get any shadow off of your brow bone, you only want this on your lids. Next, you're gonna take a smaller angled brush and using this white shadow, you're gonna create a little V shape in the corner of your eye to give your look that extra pop; pull your eye back and just right in the crease, make a little V. Last step, take a long-lasting eyeliner, this is MAC's Greasepaint which does not smudge and make a thick line on your top lid. It doesn't have to be too straight 'cause you're gonna end up smudging it anyway with a smudge brush. So you take your smudge brush and you blend the liner into your shadow to get a super dark effect and there you have it, Kim Kardashian eyes.
