Hi. My name is Sara Haley and I'm a Reebok Global Instructor and Trainer and you're watching realbeauty.com. This exercise is called Afternoon Wake-up. You're sitting in a desk all day, it's excellent for you. It's gonna really work on mobilizing a lot of your joints and muscles and also is a great core strengthener. So if you have to, you can stay seated at your desk preferably stand and up, interlace your fingers together and then press your palms up to the ceiling dropping your shoulders away from your ears, keeping your core engaged. Reach up and over and bring those hands behind your head. Elbow towards the floor and then reach back up pressing your palms to the ceiling and reaching the opposite direction. Think up and over, rather than a crunch. Come back to the center, and we will repeat that one more time. Press your palms to the ceiling, shoulders away from your ears, up and over, lengthen through the spine, breath out, come back up and then go the other side, exhale. That'll help you get a little deep with that breath and then come all the way back up, bring your hands back down in front of you. Flexing here with your wrists, showing off those fingernails and you feel really good and then pick up that left knee and rock those arms over to the left and come back to center and back over to your side so that heels going to lift up. You're pressing through the balls of the feet which is gonna help mobilize those ankles and wake up those feet a little bit and rough and come back to center like-- come back to center and then reach all the way back up, we're gonna combine the two, dropping the shoulders away from the ears, here we go. Over to the side, stay nice and control with all of this that you can get the maximum benefits and go ahead and rotate here and rotate. Let's do it one more time. From all the way back up, a little lateral movement here for the torso, great for the spine, come on back down and let it rotate. And there's your Afternoon Wake-up.
