Before our testers even caught a whiff of this fruity floral scent, they were already smitten with the whimsical name and gold confetti-adorned bottle. Hints of pink watermelon, blackberry, and orange blossom give it a cheerful, flirty vibe. As one of our favorite bloggers Julia Coney of All About the Pretty, put it, "Twirl is making me such a happy girl right now."
