Helen's beauty stats: 50s; low maintenance when it comes to hair; believes in feeding the skin like you do the body with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

"Beauty is more than skin deep, but when you maintain and care for your largest organ, you will look and feel beautiful all around. By using skin-care routines and allover body care — from nutrition to meditation, from exercise to inner balance — your inside as well as outside come together to make a harmonious whole."

Cleanse

"It is good practice to exfoliate your skin gently every day. I suggest using baking soda, because it is a natural, mild exfoliant. With clean hands, take your favorite cleanser, lather your face with warm water, pat your fingertips in the baking soda, and begin in a circular motion, starting at your nose. Work your way over your cheekbones and out toward your ears."

Tone

"Once you're finished with the baking soda cleanser, follow up with a toner. Witch hazel is a natural and gentle option that helps minimize pores and prepares the skin to receive all the benefits of a moisturizer."

Moisturize

"After you wash you face and apply toner morning and evening, you should use a good moisturizer. I created Belacrema, an anti-aging blend of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Apply it by using gentle upward and outward strokes. Moisturize all the way out to your ears and hairline and don't forget about your neck and chest."

Breathe

"Deep belly breathing is one of the most important exercises you can do. It reduces stress and boosts circulation, helping to keep your skin bright and healthy. Inhale through your nose while you expand your belly, and let your stomach contract when you exhale through your mouth. Aim for four or five of these deep breaths in one minute."
