Unfortunately, I didn't inherit the strong-teeth gene, so a good amount of my life has been spent in the dentist's chair. (I guess the sugary watermelon gummy candies I love doesn't help my situation either.) I've always been jealous of those who never get cavities, and since I'm not one of them, I stick with these products to ensure that my teeth stay clean and bright.
Crest Pro-Health Toothpaste— Night
"My dad has always been partial to Crest products, so early-on I developed brand affinity. Crest has come a long way since its classic toothpaste, which my dad still uses to this day, and my current favorite is its Pro-Health formula. This toothpaste addresses six concerns at once: cavities, gingivitis, plaque, whitening, sensitivity and bad breath. The night formula is fantastic because it has some grit to it and it leaves my mouth feeling power-cleansed."

Oral B Pulsonic
"I always shied away from using an electric toothbrush because of the bulkiness, especially when travelling. But, I love the sleek design of the Pulsonic toothbrush and its charging station. It boasts more than 27,000 vibrations per minute so I know my teeth and gums are getting ultra-clean."

Crest Glide Deep Clean Floss
"Who flosses every day? I didn't until I got a cavity in between my teeth. This floss doesn't shred so you don't end up with pieces stuck in your teeth."
$4.29; drugstore.com
ACT Restoring Mouthwash
"I've been using this since I was a preteen when my dentist explained that I didn't exactly have the strongest teeth in the world. This fluoride rinse strengthens enamel, restores soft spots and doesn't burn, so swishing for the recommended full minute isn't a painful process."
$5.99; drugstore.com
Listerine Advanced Antiseptic Mouthwash, with Tartar Control, Arctic Mint
"For the days that I don't mind the burn, (like after having a garlic-filled meal), I use Listerine. This particular formula is great because it doesn't leave a blue residue on your tongue like some mouthwashes tend to do. It also fights against gingivitis, cavities, and gum disease which makes my dentist (and me) extremely happy."

Crest Whitestrips Advanced Seal
"I drink a lot of coffee and tea so I need whitening effects that will last me almost a year. I've always been a fan of the Crest Whitestrips Premium Plus whitening system, so you can imagine my excitement when they promised even better results in a foolproof formula. These strips adhere to your teeth and don't slip around so you wont end up tasting the whitening formula as much as before. I also experienced less tooth sensitivity with the newer formula, but that varies person-to-person."
