Avocado & Pepper Facial
Combat sagging skin and age spots with this Vitamin A-heavy recipe.
Combine 1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice and three heaping teaspoons of powdered milk into a paste. Blend well.
Wash your face with the mixture, and rinse clean.
As if youre preparing guacamole, mix one ripe avocado with one teaspoon of a crushed red pepper (the vegetable, not the seasoning) in a bowl.
When thoroughly mixed, apply the mask to your face, and let sit for 20 minutes.
Rinse off, and lightly massage sweet almond oil into dry spots.
