I recommend the Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Skin Enhancer ($45; barneys.com) because it has the densest pigment out there. For a one-time cover up, try MAC Face and Body Foundation ($32; maccosmetics.com) if you're in a pinch. Since both are heavy-duty formulas, you can use either of them as a flawless foundation that will surely cover up any spot or imperfection.
