I wore a fab pair of shoes and now I have a blister! What do I do?
If you can, leave it alone. Blisters are the body's natural defense against injury, and whenever possible, allow it to breath (no bandage) to speed up the healing time. If you must wear shoes, protect it with a thin layer of antibacterial cream covered by a bandage or moleskin.
