Recipe: Antioxidant-Rich Berry Shake

"I feel like I can never get enough of these antioxidant-packed fruits. I put all kinds of berries into a shake because it's a great way to blend in liquid multivitamins, essential 3, 6, and 9 oils, and powder supplements. This is filling enough to be a meal and it’s super-delicious!"

Put all of the below into a blender until smooth.

A handful of each of the following: frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, frozen blackberries

Frozen acai puree

4 oz. of plain coconut water

4 oz. of pure pomegranate juice

4 oz. of almond milk

Servings of omega essential oils 3, 6, 9

Drops of liquid Q10

A scoop of Gary Null's Green Stuff

A scoop of Gary Null's Red Stuff

A B12 vitamin

A drop of bilberry extract

A drop of milk thistle

Eating Healthy Every Day

"Additionally, I only drink water or tea with meals — never soda. For more healthy meals, I enjoy fish such as wild salmon, halibut, and branzino. I also love Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Thai, and Vietnamese food for their spices and vegetables. If you look, you can always find something delicious and nutritious to eat."
