Confession: I am a giant True Blood fan. I melt a little when Bill says Sookie's name, I fall in love every time I see the quintessential Eric pout, and I constantly repress the urge to leap at Lafayette and hug him each time something terrible happens to him. Needless to say, I was pretty pumped when I heard about the Home Shopping Network's new line of True Blood-inspired beauty products, and even more so when I received the invite to the launch party.

Naturally, the event was vampire-friendly: It was held at night, it offered drinks mixed with Tru Blood, most notably the "Drain You" cocktail, and it took place at an ancient bath house filled with all sorts of scary vamps, fake fangs, and some Fangtasia-esque decor. Guests had the opportunity to get their nails done, pose for pics, and explore both floors of the eerily cool venue full of super sexy immortal models. Best of all, Kristin Bauer, the actress who plays the extremely sassy Pam, stopped by to model some of the items from the launch!

While Kristin's favorite product seemed to be the Bite Me Lip Color by Deborah Lippmann, I would sink my teeth into the True Blood nail polishes or the Forsaken Body Cream. These products, along with diffusers, candles, a fragrance and a body veil are all set to be released on August 9th on HSN.com.
