The Carrie Diaries Series Premiere!

The time has come ladies! The super hyped Sex and the City prequel is premiering January 14th and I can't wait to see if the series lives up to its predecessor. So let me set the stage for those of you haven't already ecstatically surfed the internet to find out about the show.

It's 1984, and life isn't easy for 16-year-old Carrie Bradshaw. Without giving up any potentially spoiling deets, our girl finds herself endlessly inspired by the club culture and unique individuals she comes across when she ventures out of Connecticut and into NYC. Sound exciting? You'll have to tune in next week on the CW to find out more.

In honor of this new Sex and the City, we compiled our favorite SJP hairstyles of all time to pay tribute to our number one Carrie Bradshaw.
