Tenley's Perfect Ten Bouncy Curls
Just when you think The Bachelor can't get any cheesier they prove us wrong. I would have posted this Monday night but I have literally just stopped drooling over the gorgeous chunk of human we call Jake Pavelka. Yes, I'm sure there is some skeleton in his closet full of aviators and Ralph Lauren Polo Shirts but honestly, I don't care. He could be running an illegal passport making scam in his basement and with one flash of those pearly whites I'd look the other way. And I am not alone, as 25 women got all gussied up to discover that Jake is "their match" or "their soul mate" or fill in sappy everlasting commitment term here. Sorry ladies, 24 of you are wrong (though from the previews it appears one lucky lady found her soul mate with a production crew member scandalous!).
Jake is not my everlasting soul mate, but if I could have a hair soul mate it would be the winner of the first impression rose - Tenley. Her bouncy curls matched her bouncy personality. Ten Things About Tenley? I just want to put her in my pocket and carry her around with me she is so bubbly! You may not be able to come up with your own tagline for your name (Creeping Around With Colleen is no where near as cute as Ten Things About Tenley), but you can get Tenley's bouncy, loose curls with a few techniques.
If you want to get really serious about your curls, try the high-tech DevaFuser attachment for your blow-dryer. It has 360 degree diffused airflow to bring out your ringlets and keep them bouncy for up to three days. For those with straight hair, use a 1" curling iron and roll medium sized sections of your hair about a quarter to half way up your head, stopping at your ear lobe. Make sure to hold the curling iron vertical to get maximum bounce and curl. Top off with a hairspray like Marie Claires favorite for 2009 L'Oréal Elnett Hairspray. Roll, Set, Spray and you're ready for bouncy curls that Tenley would definitely give a perfect ten, most likely with a peppy cheer to go along with it.
