Princess and the Prenup: Will Kate & Will Get a Prenup?

As we get down to the wire with the big day, royal wedding pundits (yes, they exist) are starting to speculate about the existence of a prenup between Waity Katie and Wills. While the prince's office has declined to comment on the matter, we can't help but wonder how this dilemma will play out.
For many celebrities, prenups are as common as white wedding gowns (Katie and Tom! Tiger and Elin!). But the custom is not as widely practiced in the United Kingdom. HRH comes from a family with a history of messy divorce (Princess Di reportedly took a prenup-less Prince Charles to the cleaners when they split in 1996). And with hundreds of millions of dollars at stake (remember, Prince William is heir to Queen Elizabeth's fortune, too), maybe this pair will lawyer up before walking down the aisle.
But we want to know what you think. According to one survey about 3% of US couples today get prenups, up from the 1% reported in 2002. Did or would you get a prenup? Has your opinion on prenups changed over the years? Or is the whole practice far too unromantic for your tastes?
