Rachel Roys Day-To-Night Outfit Ideas

One of the most rewarding things about my job is being introduced and exposed to so many different people and organizations. My schedule can change at a moments notice, so during Fashion Week I have to easily be able to transition my look from work to party.
I am normally running around all day, going to meetings with my fabric and jewelry teams, and then out to events. So I often end up getting ready in my office. Music and make-up are key elements! I love a smoky eyes mixed with Tom Ford nude-pink lipsticks.
Being comfortable and looking unique are my two goals when I am selecting what to wear. You have to feel good in what you are wearingthe confidence on the inside has to match the confidence on the outside.
Lately my staples have been feminine blouses paired with either a sweater or car coat and a pencil skirt or trousers. A dress is a strong, but easy piece to wear. I choose body-conscious silhouettes that are fitted, but not too revealing, and wear them with statement shoes and accessories. I like to balance masculine and feminine pieces. That combination feels so confident to me.
Accessories and interesting jewelry tell a story. You should pick one accessory and let it stand out on its own like a big cocktail ring. Its one of my signatures.
