What it's all about: The only thing more terrifying than starting to go to the gym again is going to a gym where all you see are little blonde Energizer Bunnies sprinting away next to you on the treadmill. If you just pulled your sneakers from out under your bed but are too timid to hit up the gym full force, this app is for you. The easy to use program helps you get in shape for a variety of distances from a mile up to a marathon. Each program consists of three to four training days a week, with coaching instructions given to you as you workout. The best part about the program (available for iPods or MP3s) is that your playlist keeps playing the entire time, even through your coach's instructions so you don't find yourself starting and stopping to restart your music.
