Backstage at NYFW: Red Carpet Manicure for Noon by Noor
Before the Noon by Noor show at Lincoln Center, I had the chance to talk all things nails with Elle, the celebrity manicurist for Red Carpet Manicure. For the runway show, Elle created a structural, multi-layered look using a black polish, a red polish, and finishing it off with some textured sparkle using a glittery red shade.
So does that mean that 3D nail art and accessories will continue to be a trend for fall and into next year? Definitely! "Texture definitely launched within the last year and I think it's continuing, along with nail art," she says. "It's almost a trend before color nowadays." Although she does predict that burgundy will be a must-have color for the cooler weather.
