Neiman Marcus, Target, and CFDA Collaborate on Holiday Collection
I'm a Dallas girl, born and raised - and Neiman Marcus and I have been getting serious for a while now. We share a birthplace, a love for luxury, and endless amounts of beauty products. But my beloved NM has been keeping a secret from me.
The high-end retailer announced recently that they will be pairing up with Target for a special edition holiday collection featuring over 50 gift items by a whopping 24 designers.
That's right, 24. Allow me hit you with the list: Marc Jacobs, Oscar de la Renta, Robert Rodriguez, Altuzarra, Marchesa, Diane von Furstenberg, Brian Atwood, Rodarte, Prabal Gurung, Lela Rose, Judith Leiber, Eddie Borgo, Philip Crangi, Thom Browne, Jason Wu, Rag & Bone, Band of Outsiders, Derek Lam, Tory Burch, Tracy Reese, Alice + Olivia, Carolina Herrera, Skiast-Taylor, and Proenza Schouler.
Could there be a better match made in fashion heaven? The prices are even sweeter, ranging from $7.99 to $499.99, with most products landing in the $60 neighborhood.
The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) is getting in on the action, too. The arts-innovation organization will receive a donation of $1 million from Target and NM for being a part of the effort.
The treasures will arrive in both Target and Neiman Marcus stores on Dec. 1. To hold you over until then, see the behind-the-scenes video above and check NM Daily and A Bullseye View for the latest updates.
I'm dying to see what Brian Atwood, DVF, Lela Rose, and Alice + Olivia whip up. Which designers in this collaboration top your lust list?
