Monique Lhuillier Does Old Hollywood Glamour

We're in the midst of red carpet season, and it's apparent that Monique Lhuillier got the memo. To complement leather, sequins and long, luscious gowns, the beauty look took a polished turn.
Val Garland for MAC Cosmetics created what she calls "devilish red lips" by coating the models' puckers with MAC Cosmetics Lady Danger Lipstick. She set the hue by layering an orange-y blush over it, which actually enhances the red tones.
Odile Gilbert for Kérastase ignored the recurring trend of messy 'dos, and went for something more stylized. She wrapped models' tresses around a curling iron and brushing them out. The final look is a slicked-back strands that fall into gorgeous S-shaped waves. She topped it with Kérastase Double Force Hair Spray.
Nails looked just as tailored with one layer of CND Stickey Base Coat, followed by Putty, a beige-suede color. A final swipe of Super Matte Top Coat gave tips a satin finish.
