Why Miranda Kerr Will Be Even More Beautiful

After months of speculation, Victoria's Secret supermodel Miranda Kerr is finally admitting that no, she doesn't have an obsession with maxi dresses and that yes, she's pregnant.
The model has been keeping quiet about the good news, though it hasn't been easy. She told People, "I remember on one occasion in the early days [of my pregnancy] when it was still too soon to say anything, and I had a dreadful time at one job," recalling her morning sickness in the first trimester. Having morning sickness is bad enough period, let alone having it while being photographed in your skivvies!
She may not know it, but Miranda is about to get even more gorgeous than she already is. Prenatal vitamins are packed with beauty-boosting benefits, including promoting healthy, shiny hair. Some claim it makes your hair grow faster, though this is unlikely. By making your hair healthier, however, that in itself will promote growth.
On my journey for long hair I too have started taking vitamins to promote healthy hair, though not prenatal. And while every morning I wake up a little disappointed that my hair isn't down to my butt already, I definitely notice that it carries a little more shine and luster than it normally does.
If you're looking to get healthier strands via supplements, make sure you're taking vitamins with biotin, which produces keratin, and vitamin E, which helps scalp circulation. If it's hair loss you want to ward off, opt for vitamin B12.
