We can imagine that waiting for your any-day-now twins to come into the world can make you a little anxious. For Mariah Carey, it seems like the only way to keep busy is to do some arts and crafts — on her womb.

The singer, who was in the hospital this past weekend for contractions, is at home waiting to give birth. To help pass the time on her birthday Monday, she decided to smear a huge butterfly on her stomach with the words "dem babies" on top (in case you weren't sure what was in there to begin with).
