Seeing Lady Gaga half-naked is like waking up every morning and seeing that the sky is blue. We're just used to it by now. And though she's got the bod and the attitude to pull it off, she managed to yet again one-up herself by going out on the town in see-through undies this week.

We don't know where law enforcement officers were to slap her with a ticket for indecent exposure, but we do know that Gaga is clearly wearing the wrong undergarments for her body type. Aside from the barley there undies, her bra gives her little support and absolutely no lift. If you're in the market for some new bras, read up on these tips before you hit the store.

Always get measured, and never over your clothes. Go to a store with a bra expert that will fit you properly for the right size.

Hand wash to preserve your bra shelf life. Typically, bras only last five to six months, but if you hand wash them you can prolong their life a little longer.

The back band should be firm, yet comfortable. If it's too loose, the bra will rise up, causing your breasts to sag.

Don't go seamless all the time. Sure, seamless bras are uber comfortable, but avoid wearing them daily. Your breasts need support from an underwire, so it's important to alternate between bra types.

Pay attention to your cup. Spilling out or not filling up your cup? These are both signs that you're wearing the wrong cup size.
