Kelly Osbourne's Weight Loss Secret

Celebrity weight loss rarely stuns us. With all of the trainers, cleanses, and other fitness aids they have, we'll be honest we expect celebs to look fit and toned. But when a celebrity loses a ton of weight and keeps it off, that makes us do a double take.
Such as the case with Kelly Osbourne, who looks absolutely fantastic after losing over 40 pounds and bringing herself to a size two. Not only has the star never looked better, she's never looked healthier. Though she credits her new shape to her partners support on last season's DWTS as she said at the show's 200th episode this week, she's admitted in countless interviews her weight loss secret of eating healthy and regularly working out isn't a newsflash.
We appreciate Osbourne's honesty when it comes to this issue, because when you get down to it, you can spend all the money you want on fancy gym equipment, diets, and more, but if you don't exercise and watch what is going into your mouth it won't do you much good.
We also know that Osbourne's transformation wasn't overnight, and even if you are at your goal weight, we all have days where we wish elastic waistbands were socially acceptable. If you find yourself having one of "those days," try these tips to instantly feel slimmer:
Go for a V-neck. When it comes to dressing thinner, Charla Krupp, author of How to Never Look Fat Again swears by V-neck tops. "The downward diamond shape optically elongates and narrows so you don't have a cutoff point where the actual neck stops, which gives the illusion of extra inches."
Purge your closet. Get rid of what Krupp calls "High Fat" clothing and accessories. Some of the worst offenders include oversized T-shirts, sleeveless shirts (if you have arm flab), any shoe that cuts you off at the ankle, and shiny satin skirts as they accentuate every bulge.
Invest in shapewear. Don't be embarrassed, we all do it. And if someone says they don't wear them, they are probably lying.
