Keeping Up with the Kardashians' Posture
You can't get through two pages in any weekly or tabloid without stumbling upon one of the Kardashian sisters. I know what Kim's doing more than I know what my own sister (who lives 20 blocks from me) is doing. But that's for another day.
Just wrapping up from a week of bathing suits and self-tanners is Mercedes Benz's Miami Fashion Week, where the Kardashians teamed up with Beach Bunny Swimwear to design their own line. Kourtney, along with the models on the runway were spotted wearing one of our favorite OPI nail shades, Over the Taupe a perfect neutral for summer or fall.
While their nails were looking perfectly polished, the sisters' posture was not. We have to sympathize, with millions of cameras going off at the nano second it's impossible to get every shot perfect, but we hope they try these tips the next time they are snapped with their guard down from sister mag Cosmopolitan's photo director Jennifer Miller. She shared these snapshot secrets with us at our last Ultimate Photo Challenge:
Resist the urge to go over the top with cheesiness. On a scale of nonfat to ultra cheesy, what would you rate the blowing kisses picture? Pass the cheese, please.
The key to posing with someone else is to tuck yourself into your friend and lean back. Standing side by side can often come out awkward. Especially when your sisters only barely reach your boobs.
Keep your chin down. Tilting your head back will not only hide your face (cough, cough, Kim) but will angle weirdly. By tilting your chin down, you see more of the face and have a much more natural angle.
What the best posing tip youve ever gotten?
