Jessica Simpson's Butt Woes

I think it's pretty safe to say that being a celebrity has its perks and downfalls, but this is especially true for Jessica Simpson. Never has anyone cared so much about one person gaining or losing weight, so much so she did a whole television show around just that.
Simpson recently told a UK magazine that if she could change one thing about her body, it would be her butt. "I have a white girl booty," she said. "I don't have a big butt. I'd rather have a happy medium and take some off my chest and put it toward my butt so I could balance out a bit." Sounds to us like she's a tad envious of the Kardashians' rear assets, and we can't blame her.
Unfortunately plumping up your butt usually means you're plumping up in other areas too, but if you find yourself wanting to invest in butt implants like Jess, try these exercises to get a firmer, rounder tuchus.
The Bridge: Using a gym mat or a towel, lie down on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Rest your arms on the ground parallel to your body, with your palms facing down. Keeping your upper back and your feet firmly on the mat, use your hands to support your body and raise your glutes up toward the ceiling as high as you can while contracting (squeezing) your glutes. Release the contraction and lower your glutes almost to the floor, being careful not to touch the mat. Then, immediately raise your glutes again while contracting the muscles. Continue to contract and release for about 12-15 reps. On your last repetition, hold the contraction for about 10 seconds.
Kickback: Get down on knees and forearms. Starting with the left leg, bend at a 90-degree angle, then flex foot and lift toward the ceiling. Being careful not to move pelvis, pulse foot three to four inches toward the ceiling. After 15 reps, switch legs.
