The 4-Year-Old Who Survived Breast Cancer
There are over 300,000 new cases of breast cancer that surface every year. While this may or may not surprise you what will definitely shock you is that one of those cases doesn't even wear a bra yet.
Two years ago, Aleisha Hunter was diagnosed with breast cancer, a sentence no woman wants to hear, let alone a 3-year-old child and her mother. Though usually a disease for those of us getting older, Hunter was considered a rare case, even though according to breastcancer.org more than 10,000 children are diagnosed with cancer every year.
After a radical modified mastectomy, where doctors removed her breast and the lymph nodes under her arm, Hunter is now in full remission and her family is extremely hopeful for her future.
