Backstage at NYFW: Essie for Reem Acra

Amidst the craziness backstage at the Reem Acra show, I caught up with the lead manicurist, Gina Edwards for Essie, who gave me all the details on the two-toned, layered nail look.
"The inspiration was really brought from the Orient, as you see a lot of Asian-influenced designs and a lot of dark reds and deep aubergines in the collection," Edwards says. "We wanted to do a color on the darker side, so we started out with 'Bordeaux,' which is a nice cherry red and layered it with 'Soulmate.' Either one by themselves is great, but when you put them together it's just that much more deep and rich." You heard her, it's time to get mixing!
Which two nail shades would you most want to layer?
