Diesel Finds Models in Unexpected Places
We're reporting lots of positive fashion industry news today! Here's a sneak peek at Diesel's latest ad campaignwe think the approach is totally refreshing. Instead of models, the brand chose 20 people from Tumblr who work in artistic fields, have varying body shapes, and cool and edgy style. The new artistic director, Nicola Formichetti told WWD, "I wanted to find people who reflected the diversity of the creative community today and not just the typical model. I wanted the campaign to showcase a variety of characters, people who are beautiful in their own unique way."
