We love it when gorgeous girls decide to veer from traditional, long bombshell locks, and pick a style cropped or shoulder-dusting instead. Glee's resident babe, Dianna Agron, is the latest beauty to cut her hair into a sleek bob, and then she opted for a low-maintenance trick that makes us love her even more: her colorist used at-home hair color!

The cut itself was perfected by celeb stylist David Babaii (of Kate Hudson-endorsed fame). Word on the street is that Babii first cut off strands into straight, edgy lines to form the foundation. He then added texture by snipping the ends with the tips of his shears. (We'll remember this the next time we want a bob). Her "natural summer baby blonde" is courtesy of colorist Anibal Morales from Essensuals London Hairdressing Salon who used Couture Colour at-home dye. His extra secret? Coating Dianna's locks with Pequi Oil both before and after blow-drying to highlight the precise cut.
