Can Leggings Fight Cellulite?

Weve seen plenty of beauty products that promise dramatic changes in appearance with little or no effort, and thats why we were intrigued by an email advertisement for leggings that claim to reduce cellulite. Using a mix of heat, caffeine, and a "micro-massaging action," the makers of cellulite-reducing leggings, like Turbocell, say a woman can decrease dimples by almost 20 percent if she wears the little black pants 8 hours a day for 8 weeks (thats a whole lot of leggings!). UK-based brand Scala Bio Fir says their pair can reduce cellulite in 30 days using heat to speed up circulation. With both brands, there's no extra gym time or change in diet required, which has us to wondering: Are these actually miracle leggings?
Dr. Richard Chaffoo, a California-based plastic surgeon, says he thinks the leggings might be effective, but that it would take a lot of heat to get any serious results (perhaps thats why you have to wear the Turbocell ones almost constantly). Dr Chaffoo says the best way to get rid of cellulite is to exercise, drink plenty of water, and use a self-tanner to hide the dimples.
Would you try these leggings, or do you think miracle products never work as well as they promise they will?
