The Goods: Nail polish addicts will have a new way to sparkle this season. China Glaze is introducing 3-D glitter polishes inspired by the ever-sultry Marilyn Monroe. We were drawn to "Material Girl," and "Some Like It Haute," pictured here, but the rest of the 12-piece collection is equally shine-tastic. Why It Works: The formula was created with different sizes and shapes of glitter to best catch the light. The result? A super-sparkly effect that's the perfect final, flirty touch to any mani.
