Chanel Iman played DJ at Sunglass Hut during Fashion's Night Out, relaxing before what's sure to be a hectic multi-continent fashion month for the top model. Already feeling exhausted by our own fashion week schedule, we quizzed her on tips for surviving and what memories stand out among her years in the business.

"I'm pretty normal—I try to get a lot of sleep and take a nice hot bath to relax from all the chaos," Iman said. What does she always make sure to keep in her bag? Sunglasses, actually. "You can wear them year-round! I actually really wanted to wear these black and white Chanel ones, and I had to wait until I got here to get them." Always the fashionista, the retro-style frames perfectly matched her chiffon Gucci dress.

And even though Manhattan's currently abuzz with fashion-energy, Iman can't wait to get to Paris. "I always feel amazing [when I walk] at Dior. It's so beautiful, and we get to be like actresses," she said. "I love being in Paris during fashion week—it's the most exciting of all the cities." Still, the memory that stands out the most is distinctly American. "Getting my [Victoria's Secret] Angel wings in 2010 is still the most exciting thing," she said with a big grin.
