Ashley Greene's Glossy Waves

We might have a slight case of the Mondays this morning, but this look is definitely helping us cope. Ashley Greene made her debut as the new ambassador for Mark last week looking drop dead gorgeous at Inside the mark Studio to talk about her new role with the brand, and of course one or two Breaking Dawn questions.
Though we love Lauren Conrad, we were very excited about Greene taking the ambassador torch from her and our excitement bubbled even more when we saw how amazing Greene looked. These glossy waves are perfect for a modern nighttime 'do and her hue is seasonal and flawless. Ted Gibson styled Greene's waves and shares how to get the look below:
"To get Ashley's look I started by using Build It Blow Drying Spray and Hair Sheet Styling on damp hair. I used a round brush (Spornette Icera medium) for the to blow-dry and then used a medium sized curling iron to create soft sexy waves. I finished the look with Tame It Shine Lotion and Beautiful Hold Hairspray to hold the look in place. To finish, I used my fingers to loosen up the waves."
To get Greene's dark chocolate locks, Jason Backe celebrity colorist at The Ted Gibson Salon and spokesperson for L'Oreal Professionnel mixed two unlikely shades together. "I am obsessed with shades of garnet and ruby on brunettes for winter," he said. "When Ashley said she wanted to be a little red, it was like a prayer was answered! I chose two shades of Richesse Demi-permanent hair color to give her the jewel tone red she was looking for. Since a Demi-permanent gently fades, it was only a commitment for this season, not a permanent installation. The result shiny, luxurious looking hair color that is right in line with trend for winter."
