Ashley Greene's Sophisticated Sherlock Holmes Updo

I have a sixth sense and it's called Twilight radar. I know where all of my favorite vampires are at any time of day and night. One of the peppiest vampires on the block, Ashley Greene took a break from the aforementioned Twilight mania that has taken over the country (they are currently filming Eclipse in Canada) to attend the premiere of Sherlock Holmes in New York City last week.
Staying true to her vampire roots, Greene showed up to the red carpet with icy, pale skin but managed to balance it out nicely with her hot pink lips. Her look is proof that just because it's winter, it doesn't mean you have to trade in your brighter shades until summer. For a similar look, try NARS Lipstick in Schiap.
As for Greene's chic and simple updo, celebrity stylist Ted Gibson styled Greene's hair and shared how you can get the look below:
"Start off on wet hair and use Build It Blow Drying Spray to achieve volume and texture. After blow drying hair straight, use a large barrel curling iron to add movement, texture and shine. To finish off, pull hair back into a chignon using Tame It Shine Lotion and to hold it all in place, spray with Beautiful Hold Hair Spray. We went with a more sophisticated look since the dress was a little below knee length and more demure, cocktail style. I wanted to be able to show off her beautiful face and fantastic neck by putting emphasis on these features with hair being a huge accent to the look."
