3 Cures for Your Cabin Fever
Cool fact: Research shows that the closer you live to nature, the healthier you're likely to be, and according to a recent survey by Degree Women (as in the deodorant), a little touch of nature goes a long way to improve your mood throughout the day. So what's a girl to do when she's stuck indoors all day thanks to a combo of cold weather and long workdays? To help you get through the final weeks of winter, here are a few ways to infuse nature into your daily life, courtesy of Degree Women Natureffects, a new line of nature-inspired deodorants and body mists (the Orange Flower & Cranberry scent is amazing).

Bring the Outdoors In
More than half the women surveyed said they keep plants in their home to stay connected to nature, and during the winter months, 54 percent fill their homes with nature-inspired scents like cranberry and cinnamon to boost their mood.
Bundle Up
Even though spring is right around the corner, it's still pretty freaking cold out there. But don't let the temperature stop you from taking your lunch outside (86 percent surveyed said eating al fresco improves their productivity). Make like the nearly 40 perfect of women in the survey and throw on an extra sweater and your warmest coat so you can still get a quickie outdoor fix (it'll help release what Degree calls your "outdoorphins").
Call in Sick(!)
Desperate times call for desperate measures, and when the sun finally decides to come out on a workday, take a cue from 40 percent of the women and take a mental health day. A little bit of guilt is so worth enjoying a beautiful day outside.
Degree Women Natureffects ($3.99 each) is now available nationwide at mass market retail stores.
