The Wine:
Pink Moscato has been the underdog in the wine world, but has recently risen the ranks to a popular favorite. The crisp, sweet flavors actually go well with a variety of foods, even foods you wouldn't expect. "A lot of people don't know that sweet wine can be paired with Thai food, Vietnamese, or Chinese - some of those foods that have spicy flavors are really great matches for wines like that because they mellow out the spice," said Elizabeth Hooker of Be Winery. "It's a great compliment."
