After spending more than 20 years working at red-carpet events and photo shoots, NYC makeup artist Dexter Phillip started his own mineral makeup line in March 2008. Our favorite part? The entire collection, including these botanical eye shadows, are named after iconic New York neighborhoods, landmarks, and venues.
