Like Miley Cyrus, you clearly love to make a statement. "You're not afraid to permanently accessorize—so go bold or go home," says Dara Klein, the celebrity makeup artist of Daramascara, LLC New York City.

Klein suggests creating drama by playing up your eyes or lips, just be sure to keep it pretty in pink. Try a soft grey matte shadow, a baby doll pink cheek, and a pop of even brighter fuschia on your lips.
