"I once took an online quiz that was supposed to tell me which style era I belonged in. Well, the quiz told me that my style was a mix between '80s glam and 'the future'; I don't really know how they determined that, but I've kinda adopted that as my style M.O. One of my favorite makeup looks, especially for a night out, is kind of a new-age glam-rocker look. The best thing about this is that it only takes a few products to get a bold, sexy look that really makes a statement."
Revlon ColorStay Eyeliner
"The most important aspect of this look is heavy and dramatic eyeliner. I achieve this by going for a wing tip when I apply this awesome eyeliner from Revlon. It goes on really smoothly and also comes off easily, which comes in handy if you need to practice this look a few times."

Sue Devitt E-Z Roller Ball Eye Shadow
"This is one of my all-time favorite beauty products. Because the eyeliner takes center stage in this look, I don't like to use a dark eye shadow; instead, I use this gold shadow that simply rolls on and instantly adds amazing shimmer and shine. I roll it on my entire lid and around the corners of my eyes to really brighten them and make them pop."

Chanel Inimitable Multi-Dimensional Mascara
"What can I say about this product? Just wow. I'd never been a big believer in buying name-brand products, but this mascara is what changed my mind and made me realize that some things truly are worth splurging on. I don't own an eyelash curler, and I don't need one when I use this mascara the brush is amazing and really delivers for me. It gives me gorgeously long, thick lashes, and I never have to worry about clumps."

Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Custom Bronzer, Blush & Eye Shadow in Miami Strip/Healthy Glow
"I use this on my cheekbones to add shimmer and definition. In my opinion, if you're going for a glam-rock look, there's no overdoing the glitter!"
$11.95, drugstore.com
Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupté in Red Temptation
"I finish off my makeup with a standout red lipstick like this YSL one. I like that it's a matte finish that it goes on smoothly and really stays put. Basically though, any bright, bold lipstick will do."

Carthusia Fiori di Capri
"Okay, I realize this isn't usually part of a makeup routine, but when I'm doing a glam-rocker look for a night out, a heady perfume is essential. Your mind-set and attitude are at least half of the key to pulling off this look, so this perfume which was originally made by monks on the island of Capri and blends sandalwood, lily of the valley, and oak makes me feel supersexy and just a little naughty, too. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, so another scent I love is Lacoste Style in Play. Yes, it's a guy's cologne, but, again, it's a sexy and intoxicating scent that makes me feel confident. Once it's on, all I need are my black sequin tights, a tight, bright-colored top, some tall, stiletto boots and I'm ready to rock and roll!"
