Net-a-Porter's ever-chic fashion director, Holli Rogers, stopped by our office to share her fashion and beauty secrets. We learned all about favorite hair, makeup, and skin products and got to drool over her killer heels.

"I love them. From the moment I saw them I was like: These shoes are killer! I love neon, that pop of color, and the fact that they’re kind of ladylike, but not. It's all about that mix and juxtaposition."
She notes that, when trying to transition the neon trend into your fall wardrobe, you should wear a cardigan over something bright underneath. "Pants are also really big for fall. You can still wear your bright top paired with great print trousers."
