Get the Look: Goddess Hair and Soft Eyes
Hair: To make a half-up 'do more special, add a little height in the crown, plus an accessory, like this double-band headband from Ficcare, $48. To keep Hendricks's curls soft and frizz-free, L.A.-based hairstylist Jonathan Hanousek mixes a silicone-based serum (try Ken Paves Healthy Hair Shine Serum, $30) with mousse. The mousse creates the softness while the silicone helps repel frizz-causing moisture.
Makeup: Summer calls for sheer, pastel eyeshadows like the lilac shade Hendricks wears here. Try Cover Girl 4-kit shadow in Ice Princess, $5. To add a little nighttime drama (and make the color last longer), Eisdell lines lids with smudge-proof black eyeliner (try Sephora brand Long Lasting Eye Liner in black, $10), then tops liner with the pastel shade. "The hint of black gives the pale shade more depth and strength," Eisdell says.
