It's called a mug shot, not a glamour shot, but try telling that to a socialite. When Paris Hilton was arrested (again) this past summer in Vegas, her photo was proof that she was no first time felon. Despite the fluorescent lights and straight-on angle (not to mention whatever substances the heiress had consumed earlier, and the hour that this pic was snapped), Hilton looked positively lovely. Between her cute braids and flawless makeup, it's no wonder she's smiling.
