The Wine:
Chardonnay is the most popular white-wine grape and wins the category for the most refreshing and citrusy flavor. Be Wines produces an unoaked Chardonnay, which means it's aged in stainless steel instead of oak to better preserve the flavor. As far as food pairings go, "Chardonnay and cheese can’t be beat," said Hooker. "It goes with any kind of shrimp or shellfish that has a little bit of sweetness to it already."
