Is there a good trick for creating a winged effect with eyeliner?
Keep your eye open and chin tilted up. Then, look down into the mirror and follow your lash line one-third of the way across starting from the inner corner. As you approach the end, GENTLY sketch the tip of the brush up toward the edge where your lid and crease meet. (But don't apply liner into the space where the eye actually folds.) The wing needs to extend precisely above the last lash but lower than where your eyelid naturally creases to give a perfect lift to the eye.
