Stanger warns again having overdone eye shadow and eyelashes. "But a little mascara goes a long way," she says. "Waterproof mascara is the best kind, because you don’t want it to run if you cry during a chick flick or go swimming."

She advises to bring out your brown peepers with a sultry smoky eye, like the Kardashians do. Blue and green-eyed gals can make their colors pop using these techniques. Also, be sure to use drops on the whites of your eyes if they are irritated or tired. "The  whiter the eye, the more men will gravitate toward you,” she adds.
